I love the pleating detail around the collar on this top, I think it adds something different to a basic tank.
The line has a lot of other cute things, I don't think it would be hard to get your order up to $75 to qualify for free shipping. Like how about this cream exotic looking belt -

I like the black one with the ribbon detail. Though its been so cold this summer I haven't had much reason to buy any new tanks.
I'm actually headed to Kohl's tomorrow to get some dresses to wear in the hot sun of wild West Texas where I will be trapped all of next week. I'm not allowed to wear shorts (don't ask...it's an old time-y church camp) and I refuse to buy unflattering capris just for this trip, but I will be so hot I will die unless I get some way for my legs to breathe. I LOVE that Vera Wang top, though. I'm DEFINITELY going to pick that up.
