Well, even the ABA Journal is complaining about the 'casualization of America'(thank you Clinton Kelly for that line). OK, at least they are complaining that their associates that make plenty of money are still coming to work looking like high school kids. A friend sent me a link to this article which says that these young lawyers are so loathe to part with their jeans that even when firms tell them to dress the part, they refuse and claim it's "unfair" to be held to such standards, they should just be judged on their work.
These people are whiny idiots. Do people really think we live in a world where clothes and appearance do not matter? I've said it before and I will say it again and again - be a grown up and dress appropriately. jeez.
Besides, if you can wear something like this, why wouldn't you?
