Floral Skirts

I just got the new Bloomingdales catalog and it is full of fun full skirts with florals and bright colors, so I want to offer some much cheaper alternatives, like this great skirt from Target for a mere $19.99. I think it looks really good in person, and it's a great shape than almost everyone can wear. It also comes in plain black if you aren't feeling the florals this year.
